Deposits

25% deposit is required to secure your booking.  Deposits secure your booking and act as an administration charge.  Bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to boarding require 100% of the booking fee.  Bookings cancelled within 2 weeks prior to boarding require 50% of booking fee.

Deposits not received within 7 days of making a booking, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and put your dates back into general release.


Payments

Fees are charged at a daily rate. If collected at A.M or dropped off at P.M half a day is charged.

If dropped of at A.M or collected at P.M a full day is charged.

Should any pet be collected early the original booking fee is payable.

Payment in full is required upon collection.


Vaccinations

On arrival we will need to see an upto date vaccination certificate. (Pets require a booster yearly). This must show a booster vaccination having taken place within the last 12 months.  Dog vaccinations must safeguard against: Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, and Parainfluenza.


KENNEL COUGH 

 We do not insist on Kennel Cough Vaccine..  Kennel Cough is NOT part of the normal annual booster.  But if you choose to have your dog vaccinated against Kennel Cough (infectious Tracheobronchitis) (it won't safeguard against All strains of KC) However ALL Vaccinations need to be administered a MINIMUM of 2 weeks prior to boarding. If your pet is due their vaccinations at the time of boarding, Please get them vaccinated EITHER 2 weeks prior to boarding or after their boarding period to avoid being turned away.  ANY DOG WHO HAS A KENNEL COUGH VACCINATION LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO BOARDING WILL BE TURNED AWAY!! AND FULL BOARD WILL BE CHARGED.

Cat Vaccinations must safeguard against: Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis, we do not insist on the vaccination for Feline Leukaemia.


Notification of Medical Conditions

If your pet has any kind of medical condition we must be notified at the time of booking. All medication must be labelled with clear instructions for administration.


Should it be necessary at our discretion for a vet to be called or a pet transported to a veterinary practice for any existing health condition whilst in our care, all fees incurred are the responsibility of the owner.


Aggressive/Destructive Temperaments

We do not encourage animals with aggressive or destructive temperaments. In cases where animals are left that prove to be aggressive towards other animals or staff, or destructive to our facilities, we will contact you to arrange for them to be collected.  We also reserve the right to  refuse a pet we feel that is of any condition that would affect the health and safety of our other guests or staff.


Emergency Contact Numbers

On your pet's arrival with us, you will be asked for an emergency contact number. This may be a friend or relative or your own mobile number.


Diets

Prior to your pets arriving you will be asked what your pet is fed on. We have a select few variety's of food Harrington's, Chudley's original, Bakers small bite and Supadog (supermarket/wagg type of food) Also a variety of meat.  We don't stock a huge variety due to there being so many types on the market and we just cannot keep up with the changing demand.

 While we try to feed your pets on what they are used to, we would ask you to bring their own food, if we don't have something suitable to feed them on. 


Belongings

All belongings left on the premises are entirely at the clients risk.  Any bedding supplied by the client must be clean and parasite free. We also take no responsibility for chewed or damaged bedding, or lost or damaged toys.

New boarders are encouraged to bring something familiar from home for their first stay with us.

We have everything your pet needs during their stay with us, but you are more than welcome to bring their own bedding/toys/treats.



Socialising

We don't mix our dogs during exercise, each kennel is exercised separately twice a day in our large enclosed paddock off the lead, unless for some reason they can't be off their lead. Although they can see each other when in their kennel run, which they have access to all day/evening.
