Bookings, Cancellations & Amendment Policy
Please understand we are a small business, the same policies apply no matter how large or small your business is. Thank you for your understanding.

1. Deposits & Payment

* A 25% Non-Refundable deposit
MAY be required to secure your booking, Particularly at peak periods & new customers.


*The remaining balance must be settled by the collection date. (before your pet goes home).  Via CASH or BACS. card is accepted only for deposits & large bookings.


2. Cancellations & No-Shows

* Cancellations made within 14 days prior to boarding will forfeit the deposit. 

*Cancellations made within 7 days prior to boarding or no-shows are subject to 100% of the total boarding fee.


3. Amendments & Reductions

* We understand plans change; however, our space is limited. Any request to reduce the duration of a stay or the number of dogs made within 7 days of arrival will not result in a price reduction. The original booking fee will remain payable in full.

* Adding additional dogs is subject to availability and will incur additional charges at the current rate.


4. Failure to pay

* Failure to settle outstanding balances and pay deposits within the timeframe specified may result in cancellation of the booking. This may also result in future bookings being refused. also the pursuit of the debt through formal recovery services.
